Crossed testimonials: three participants share their transformation
Nothing speaks better about Mandala Project than those who have lived it. We asked three participants to share their experience. Ana (36, architect), Sophie (42, nurse) and Camille (28, entrepreneur) tell us their journey.
Ana: rediscovering creative momentum
“I came to Ibiza exhausted, stuck in an architectural project that lacked meaning. The retreat gave me space to breathe and remember why I loved creating. Breathwork freed me from chronic anxiety. Silent walks facing Es Vedrà reawakened my imagination. Since then, I’ve woven breathing pauses into my daily life and my projects feel more aligned.”
Sophie: soothing body and heart
“As an ICU nurse, I carried a lot of stress. Kerala helped me slow down. Ayurvedic massages, anti‑inflammatory cuisine, the support of the group… all of it was therapeutic. Sacred cacao made me cry with gratitude. Back in France, I reduced my hours and treat myself to a self‑care ritual every Sunday.”
Camille: taking her place
“I run a start‑up and felt isolated. Mandala Project showed me that vulnerability is a strength. During the women’s circle, I expressed fears I had never articulated. The other women held my hand. I discovered the power of sisterhood. Today, I host a monthly circle in my city.”
Their stories remind us that each person lives a unique transformation. Mandala Project provides the framework, the community, and the tools; the rest is woven through the hearts that meet.
