Insurance & liability

All our retreats are covered by professional liability insurance. However, each participant must take out, before arrival, personal insurance covering at least civil liability, medical assistance, and repatriation for sports and wellbeing activities (yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, diving, excursions). Proof of coverage may be required on arrival.

If there is a specific medical condition, Mandala Project may adapt the program or recommend prior medical advice. Without adequate personal coverage, access to the retreat may be refused.

Terms of sale

• Reservations: a 30% deposit validates the registration. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the retreat.
• Cancellations: up to 60 days before departure, the deposit is refunded (excluding bank fees). Between 59 and 30 days, a credit is offered. Less than 30 days before, the full amount remains due.
• Changes: Mandala Project reserves the right to adjust the program (facilitators, workshops) in case of force majeure by offering an equivalent solution.
• Payments: accepted methods – bank transfer, secure card payment, and installment payment on request.
