An initiatory journey in Guatemala, between volcanoes, Mayan traditions and Lake Atitlán.
Guatemala Retreat
Initiatory journey · November 1–16, 2026
Antigua & Lake Atitlán, Guatemala
About the event
At The Mandala Project, we believe that travel is an invitation to return to the essential.
This retreat was designed as a true pause for reconnecting with yourself, where the body becomes our first guide. Each day is shaped by movement, breath and full presence, in places carefully chosen for their beauty, serenity and energy.
Between Mayan villages, majestic volcanoes, ancestral ceremonies and breathtaking landscapes, this journey is an immersion into one of the most authentic countries in Central America.
At sunrise, we will practice every morning:
Kundalini Yoga · Pranayama · Conscious breathing · Meditation
These practices will accompany us throughout the stay to restore energy, release tension and come fully back into the body.
